Higher magnification shows a marked dilation of BowmanÂ’s space and atrophy of glomerular tufts. There is diffuse loss of tubules, ectasia of many remaining tubules with attenuated epithelium, marked interstitial fibrosis, and mild interstitial lymphocytic interstitial inflammation.
